The HYD-MECH M-20A is a versatile used horizontal pivot band saw, well-suited for various cutting applications. It features a Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen for intuitive control and supports automatic programmable mitre cutting, enhancing precision with cutting capacities up to 90° mitre. The machine easily accommodates workpieces with a capacity up to 8,000 lbs on its 32-inch high table. Its cutting capabilities include handling rectangular and round materials at different angles, such as 20" x 30" at 90° and 20" x 12" at 30°, making it ideal for diverse operational needs. Equipped with a powerful 10 HP motor, the band saw offers variable blade speeds ranging from 50 to 350 SFM, ensuring efficient and clean cuts. The hydraulic bundling vices and guide arms provide stability and precision, while the automatic multi-indexing feature allows for a 33" single stroke, optimizing productivity. The machine is further enhanced by a chip auger and a flood coolant system, which aids in waste management and extends blade life. Designed for industrial use, the M-20A weighs 7,700 lbs and requires a 480V/3/60 electric supply, underlining its robust build and powerful performance.
